We are committed to providing you with a level of access, time, continuity and personal care that is rapidly becoming rare in most Primary Care Practices.
An increasing number of important services may not be reimbursed by insurers, and are not reflected in our office visit fee schedule. These services may include some of the following:
- Completion of work and school forms
- Non-Insurance medical record processing
- Medication refills by phone/pharmacy request
- Telephone consultation (and treatment) when appropriate
- Coordination of care including communications with specialists/family
- Secure E-mail communication
- The ability to self-schedule your appointment on-line (possibly coming soon)
- No show fees
- Direct cell phone access to physicians after hours.
For optimal access and care, it is important for our practice to remain small and focused yet financially viable. This allows us to fullfill our commitment to you, and avoid the "Hamster Wheel" delivery of care common in Primary Care. We feel the ability to provide exceptional care and service to each patient a "priceless" byproduct of our unique office.
We ask our patients to acknowledge the benefit and cost of these services by requesting a modest yearly fee. In this way, we will avoid "piece-meal" charges or penalties (such as no-show fees, record fees or charges per e-mail communication) common to other practices. The requested fee is $110 per adult per year. Should you have any questions, please feel free to call the office.
Thank you. This will allow us to continue to provide and add services of value to you and your family.
