We are currently directly contracted with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. If your plan requires you to select a Primary Care Physician, you will need to call Anthem or Harvard Pilgrim to change your provider to our practice at the time of enrollment.
