Our office has joined a group of innovative practices from across the country with the goal of radically improving the way we deliver Primary Care. Supported by experts at Dartmouth Medical School and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, these small practices strive to give patients "exactly what they want (and need), exactly where and when they want (and need) it". This "collaborative" works toward this goal by sharing ideas and expertese gathered from around the country (as well as the world) ,using the latest in technology, all wrapped around an optimal Physician-Patient interaction. Optimizing this interaction is at the core of the Ideal Medical Practice (IMP) movement. The Institute for Ideal Medical Practice (IIMP) is a similar group, who's aim is to continue this work on a larger scale. We are very excited to be a part of this important work.
