Our model of care relies on a commitment not to 'overextend' ourselves, and therefore assure that we are able to deliver on our promise of exceptional service and care. We remain first and foremost, committed to those already enrolled with our practice. For this reason we are not currently able to see new patients for "urgent" medical issues. We ask patients to carefully consider whether our model is a good fit for their needs, and ask that they carefully review practice information prior to thier decision to enroll. We see our partnership as an ongoing relationship, an important decision, to be made after careful consideration.
